SKIN TYPE: COMBINATION SKIN WITH PIGMENT SPOTS AND DRY AREAS
This is important to me: I try to mainly use natural ingredients. Natural additives should help people, not harm them. Anything artificial is unnatural and can make the body and mind sick in the long run.
My favorite products from Pharmos Natur: Definitely the Avellana Oil Serum. I feel like it nourishes my skin well and provides enough moisture. It also absorbs quickly and doesn't leave a shiny film. I find the Ayurvedic tea “The Secret of Rejuvenation” very delicious. I also enjoyed it cold.
My skin care tip: Less is more. I trust in the body's self-healing powers. And very important: Not only the facial skin, but also the décolleté and hands appreciate skincare routines.
