Full-Time Sales Support and Order Processing Associate

Your Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive support for an assigned customer base in close collaboration with the field sales team
• Processing incoming orders, from receipt to fulfillment
• Customer communication in both German and English
• Generating and analyzing sales statistics
• Assisting the field sales team with research, mailings, and travel arrangements

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial training and relevant experience, ideally in sales support or customer service
• A genuine passion for customer consulting and service
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach
• High sense of responsibility, independence, and initiative
• Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and team spirit
• Proficient English, spoken and written
• Solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn our inventory management software
• Enthusiasm for and interest in plant-based active ingredient cosmetics
