We are looking for a dedicated

Accountant (m/f/d) Full-time or Part-time (30 hours/week)
to support our Finance Team

Your Responsibilities:

  • Performing ongoing financial accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and travel expense accounting
  • Managing, ensuring, and optimizing daily payment transactions
  • Reviewing, posting, and booking incoming invoices while considering various VAT regulations
  • Assisting in the development and optimization of financial processes

Your Profile:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Extensive experience in accounting, especially with DATEV
  • Several years of professional experience in financial accounting
  • Reliable, structured, and independent working style
  • Commitment, teamwork, and strong communication skills

International Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conducting market analysis and competitive research to identify business potential
  • Developing and implementing strategies to expand into new international markets
  • Building and maintaining long-term business relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders abroad
  • Negotiating with international business partners and closing contracts
  • Close collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product development
  • Regular reporting to the sales management on progress and key performance indicators
  • Representing the company at international trade fairs and events

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a comparable field
  • Professional experience in International Business Development, Sales, or Key Account Management is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of international markets and cultural differences
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English (additional foreign languages are a plus)
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility
  • Independent, proactive working style, and strategic thinking
  • Confident handling of CRM systems and MS Office

Inside Sales and Order Processing Specialist (m/f/d) Full-time

Your Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive support for an assigned customer base in collaboration with the responsible field sales team
  • Receiving, creating, and processing orders
  • Customer correspondence in German and English
  • Statistical evaluations
  • Supporting the field sales team with research, mailings, and travel bookings

Your Profile:

  • Completed commercial training and professional experience, preferably in inside sales or customer service
  • Enjoyment in advising customers
