Shipping and Costs
In the PHARMOS NATUR online shop, shipping is charged at a flat rate (insured shipping), depending on the destination country and the total order value.
Germany: €6.50 shipping fee. Free shipping for orders over €89.
There is no minimum order value and no surcharge for small quantities.
No shipping to the following countries, as they are served by dedicated local shops with country-specific shipping options: Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) and Switzerland.

- Germany: €6.50 (free for orders over €89)
- Denmark, France, Austria: €9.50
- Sweden, Italy: €10.50
- Finland, Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Spain: €14.50
- Czech Republic, Hungary, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia: €16.00
- Greece: €50.00
- All other eligible countries (except USA): €50.00
- USA: €50.00 for orders up to €630
- United Kingdom: Shipping only available for orders of €160 or more, shipping fee: €10.50
Please note: For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply in the recipient country. These are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the customer.
Delivery Times
- Germany: 1–5 business days
- EU countries: approx. 5–10 business days
- Non-EU European countries: approx. 7–14 business days
- USA and other international destinations: approx. 10–20 business days (depending on customs clearance)
All delivery times are approximate and subject to product availability. No shipping takes place on weekends or public holidays.
If an item is unavailable, you will be notified and any payments already made will be refunded.
In case of an unclear delivery address, we reserve the right to ship to the billing address.
Shipping Provider
All shipments are handled exclusively by DHL – including tracking and delivery to a Packstation or post office branch (where available).
