Many of the plants studied by modern scientific research and classified as adaptogenic have been used for centuries in Ayurvedic teaching as Rasayanas – Ayurvedic anti-ageing. Für die Zubereitung des Tees eignet sich am besten der traditionelle Weg in Teekannen. Hier können sich die wichtigen Pflanzenbausteine der kostbaren, handverlesenen Teeblüten und Teeblätter wunderbar entfalten. Der Tee, mit seinem feinen Aroma, ist von gold-gelber Farbe. Durch die ungewöhnliche Mischung ändert sich auch die Genusserfahrung immer wieder.
Nehmen Sie 2 gehäufte Teelöffel für eine vorgewärmte Kanne mit ca. 750 ml und gießen Sie das kochende Wasser darüber. Nach 5 bis 7 Min den Tee absieben und dann in die Tasse geben.
