Jujubes are bursting with light energy
The gift of life. Preserving life. Plants fulfil this task for us wonderfully, with the help of sunlight. If they grow in a genuinely potent place, their sacred nature is preserved. And then they develop a great many biophotons (light), which means abundant vibrancy and vitality. Our jujubes are magnificent examples of sacred plants bursting with light energy.
Precious plant substances, intensive light energy and high vibrations
In the early stages, before they are fully ripe, delicious jujube fruits look like small pears. When they are ready to be harvested, they resemble dates, purely on the outside. We grow them under optimum conditions in mixed cultivation in southern Portugal, near the Serra de Monchique. They grow in symbiosis with pomegranate, fig, almond and olive trees, strictly eco-friendly, with no nasty chemicals. Once per year, the smallholder families hand-harvest the tasty fruits and dry them carefully. They ensure that the sacred nature is preserved intact in the jujube plants, as are their precious plant substances. And most importantly, their intensive light energy and high vibrations are preserved too.

Chinese and tibetan traditional medicine
In both Chinese and Tibetan traditional medicine, jujubes – botanical name Ziziphus Jujuba – are highly prized as food, and at the same time revered as a natural remedy.
In line with this understanding of healthy living, they contribute to supporting the vitality of stomach and spleen and to maintaining the vital energy balance between these two organs. The spleen is an important organ for purifying the blood and also plays an elementary role in a stable immune system. A defence organ that takes care of undesired intruders, the spleen produces “defence soldiers”: making white blood cells (lymphocytes) to provide essential defence against pathogens is one of its most crucial tasks.
The jujube is also known as the Chinese date or red date, and chewing it releases a sensation of pleasure throughout mouth and throat area, allowing the airways to relax effectively.
