Three exceptional fruits from the Himalayan region — Terminalia chebula, Terminalia bellerica, and Phyllanthus emblica — are combined in our 3-Früchte Daily Balance capsules. These fruits are a natural source of valuable bitter compounds and provide a generous amount of zinc. The 3-Früchte capsules are enriched with traditional knowledge from Ayurvedic teachings.
The fruits grow in the unique climate of Chitwan National Park in southwestern Nepal, surrounded by the high-energy vibrations of the Himalayan mountain range. During our numerous visits to Nepal, we had the privilege of meeting the Chepang farmers in Chitwan. The Chepang, an indigenous community, continue to live closely with nature in this largely untouched part of the world, and their way of life remains relatively unknown to the broader population.

A Fair-Trade Partnership with Smallholders
Once a year, the local farmers harvest the three special fruits, known in their tradition as rejuvenating fruits, for PHARMOS NATUR. We ensure they receive fair compensation for their work and also support school-building projects in remote rural areas. The children in these communities also receive a warm meal at school every day.
Actively supporting indigenous people in living on their ancestral lands is an integral part of our philosophy. These communities play a crucial role in preserving nature. Harvesting the 3-Früchte fruits is a challenging task, as they grow on tall trees, requiring great skill and agility. After being carefully sorted by hand, the fruits are gently dried to maintain their natural integrity.
Indigenous Knowledge
The healers and shamans of Nepal hold a wealth of knowledge about the special properties of fruits and plants. Even today, they use nature’s full potential. As they say: "You can recover from any illness if you understand how to best use these three precious fruits."
These fruits are believed to activate the body’s natural self-healing abilities and create balance between body and mind. Traditionally, they are included in the diet as "cleansing and stimulating aids" for the digestive system.
Our 3-Früchte formula is produced holistically in Germany, following an ancient Ayurvedic recipe passed down through generations. This means that we do not use extracts but work with the whole, natural fruits.
Preserving the entire plant allows us to retain the full spectrum of their vitality, intelligence, biophotons (light energy), and high vibrations. Many people find the naturally occurring bitter substances challenging to consume, so we finely grind the fruits and encapsulate them in plant-based cellulose capsules for ease of use.
Bitter Substances for Well-Being
Natural bitter substances in food play an important role in supporting our health. Unfortunately, they are often missing from modern, industrially processed foods and have been bred out of common plants like chicory or radicchio. This lack can result in an imbalance in the body. Bitter substances are essential for maintaining and protecting health, as they stimulate glandular activity and activate the metabolism, supporting digestion and promoting bile production.
Zinc – An Essential Trace Element
Zinc is an essential trace element that helps maintain a healthy immune system and protects cells from oxidative stress. It plays a key role in the normal metabolism of carbohydrates, fatty acids, and acid-base balance.
Moreover, this fruit blend provides a diverse range of flavours, offering a holistic approach to nutrition that complements the five key elements of a balanced, healthy diet.
Recommended Intake
Recommended Intake
Take 1/2 teaspoons of fruit powder daily. Place the finely ground three-fruit powder directly on your tongue and gently press it against the roof of your mouth. You may immediately sense where your life energy begins to flow in the body. The holistic complex of plant compounds instantly enhances your sense of well-being.
You can also stir the three-fruit powder into warm water and drink it slowly. Or mix it into smoothies and other meals. We recommend the 3-Früchte formula as a natural companion to a balanced diet — especially during menopause and all types of hormonal transition.

DETOX as perceived by Ayurveda
In traditional Ayurvedic practice, the three-fruit combination is valued for its natural support of the body's cleansing processes. It is said to help the body eliminate metabolic waste more effectively and to promote internal balance. This gentle support is also traditionally associated with liver function and the release of accumulated blockages.
According to Ayurvedic teachings, Rasayanas — rejuvenating formulations often rich in bitter substances — are believed to promote vitality and overall well-being. Similarly, Tibetan medicine regards the combination of Terminalia bellerica, Terminalia chebula, and Phyllanthus emblica as one of the most important restorative blends, traditionally integrated into a balanced diet. The 3-Früchte formula contains a variety of naturally occurring plant compounds, including antioxidants, flavonoids, saponins, bitter substances, minerals, and trace elements. Zinc, in particular, contributes to the normal function of the immune system and helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
