Precious 3-fruit from Chitwan National Park

Terminalia chebula, Terminalia bellerica, and Phyllanthus emblica – united in our 3-Fruit Daily Balance capsules. The recipe is based on traditional knowledge of Ayurvedic herbal medicine.

The fruits come from Chitwan National Park in southwestern Nepal, a region with a special climate and pristine nature. On-site, we work with the indigenous Chepang community, who have many years of knowledge in dealing with native plants.

The harvest takes place once a year through careful manual labor. The tall trees require a lot of experience and skill. After harvesting, the fruits are sorted and gently dried.

Through fair cooperation, local small farmers are supported, and social projects in the region are promoted, including educational initiatives and school projects for children.

Natural bitter substances are contained in many original foods and characterize their typical taste. In various food cultures, they have always been valued as part of a diverse diet.

The three fruits naturally contain a variety of secondary plant compounds and characteristic flavorings, which are typical for traditional plants from the Himalayan region.

Zinc contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and helps protect cells from oxidative stress. It also contributes to normal carbohydrate, fatty acid, and acid-base metabolism.*
