Every PHARMOS NATUR treatment is based on a holistic approach to skincare: it does not merely act on the skin’s surface, but takes the whole person into account. At the heart of the treatment is the fresh aloe vera leaf, combined with the PHARMOS NATUR detoxifying massage – a massage technique that works along the lymphatic pathways to relieve pressure on the tissues.
During the treatment, tension and stress noticeably ease. The autonomic nervous system calms down, and the skin is deeply nourished with moisture and active ingredients. Many people describe a feeling of lightness and calm afterwards.

The PHARMOS NATUR detoxifying massage.
A specially developed massage technique – following the lymphatic pathways, working through the fascia, with precise pressure points and defined stroking movements. It relieves tension in the tissues, stimulates the metabolism and lends the treatment a noticeable depth. Trained therapists perform it consistently to the same high standard.

Active ingredient concentration rather than dilution.
In the treatment room, the skincare products are mixed with fresh aloe vera gel immediately before application; the gel particles continue to work whilst the mask is on. This means that significantly more of the active ingredient reaches the skin than with a home treatment – a key difference in professional treatment.

The fresh Aloe Vera leaf
At the heart of every treatment is the freshly filleted Aloe Vera leaf, applied directly to the skin. During the treatment, the inner gel is separated from the outer leaf and used immediately. It provides intensive hydration, supports regeneration and noticeably improves the skin’s elasticity.
The gel contains a network of more than one hundred naturally occurring components, including mucopolysaccharides, minerals, amino acids, trace elements and secondary plant compounds. The pieces of fresh gel remain on the skin during the mask phase, allowing the skin to receive a much higher concentration of active ingredients than during a home skincare routine.
Our Aloe Vera leaves come from organic mixed cultivation in Campeche, Mexico — grown in the humid tropical climate of the Yucatán region on fertile soils and without chemical fertilisers. Local farming families harvest the leaves by hand. They are then processed in Germany and supplied to partner institutes offering the PHARMOS NATUR treatment concept.
VegetoDynamik® — body-based awareness work.
VegetoDynamik® is a unique, patented treatment method—developed by PHARMOS NATUR founder Margot Esser-Greineder and continuously refined in collaboration with physician Dr. Roland Heber, M.D. It is based on the effects of the autonomic nervous system and combines manual techniques with inner posture.
In treatment, this means: gentle, mindful touch, combined with conscious breathing and compassionate words. Every movement is present and fully focused on the person on the treatment table.
The method is not taught casually. It is taught through a dedicated, part-time training program. Duration: five weeks. Topics: physiology and anatomy, body-oriented psychology, a holistic perspective and way of thinking, salutogenesis, and autophagy. Today, hundreds of trained VegetoDynamists teach the method at institutes, hotels, and spas. There is a distinct, protected professional profile for the VegetoDynamiker® (VegetoDynamic Practitioner).
Whether it’s 30, 60 or 90 minutes - every PHARMOS NATUR treatment follows a clear structure. This ensures that even a short session is meaningful, whilst a longer one does not drag on. The individual phases flow gently into one another. Anyone who surrenders to their rhythm whilst lying on the treatment bed receives more than just a beauty treatment -a time when the outside world fades away.

Cleansing & toning.
Cleansing Cream for dry and sensitive skin, Cleansing Gel for combination and blemish-prone skin. This is followed by Harmonizing Tonic or Moisturizing Spray, depending on the skin’s needs.
In the intensive treatment (80/90 minutes), warm foot compresses introduce this phase. The autonomic nervous system begins to settle before the facial treatment itself starts, breathing deepens and the body begins to relax.

An enzyme peel from the Love-Your-Age range for more intensive use — containing a plant-based bacterial ferment derived from pumpkin and radish, without causing mechanical irritation. For mature skin, the exfoliation is enhanced with a spatula-tip’s worth of ROHINI Reishi powder. In Skin Balance and Detox treatments, this is followed by a deep cleansing.

The concentration of active ingredients increases significantly, and deep penetration occurs immediately.

The intensive treatment is followed by a hand, arm and neck massage.

Cupping is one of the oldest practices in traditional medicine. In the PHARMOS NATUR cupping massage, the cupping cup is guided over the tissue like an extension of the hand: the combination of suction and movement loosens the fascia and stimulates lymphatic flow.
The method is developed and taught in collaboration with Dr Roland Heber and his team. It goes beyond purely physical application: the practitioner learns to read the body like a book and to recognise blockages immediately. Using this method, she is able to penetrate deeper into the tissue, release it and cleanse it.
When applied to the face, cupping massage is a natural alternative to cosmetic devices and invasive treatments. The correct technique and a sensitive approach are crucial here — they form the basis of a dedicated training course (three days for the face, five days for the body).
