Payment & Shipping
In the PHARMOS NATUR online store, you pay a flat shipping fee (insured shipping) based on the destination country and the value of your shopping cart.

Germany: €6.50 shipping fee. Free shipping on orders of €89 or more.

There is no minimum order value and no surcharge for small orders.

We do not ship to the following countries, as they have their own online stores with country-specific shipping: Benelux (Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg) and Switzerland.

Germany: €6.50 (free for orders of €89 or more)
Denmark, France, Austria: €9.50
Sweden, Italy: €10.50
Finland, Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Spain: €14.50
Czech Republic, Hungary, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia: 16.00 €
Greece: 50.00 €
All other countries we ship to (except the U.S.): 50.00 €
U.S.: 50.00 € for orders up to 630 €
United Kingdom (UK): Delivery available only for orders of 160 € or more; shipping costs: 10.50 €
Please note: For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are not included in the shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient.

Shipping Times:
Germany: 1–5 business days
Other EU countries: approx. 5–10 business days
Europe outside the EU: approx. 7–14 business days
U.S. and other international shipments: approx. 10–20 business days (depending on customs clearance)
All times are approximate and subject to availability. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

If an item is unavailable, you will be notified and any payments already made will be refunded.

If the shipping address is unclear, we reserve the right to ship to the billing address.

Shipping provider:
Shipping is handled exclusively by DHL—including tracking and delivery to a Packstation or post office.
