They also contribute to maintaining a healthy nervous system. Zinc supports the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails. It also contains iron, B vitamins, lecithin and natural antioxidants such as sesamol and sesamolin. The amino acids included – including sulfur-containing ones such as proline, lysine and taurine – complement the balanced nutrient composition.
