1. Shipping
In order to guarantee the fastest possible delivery, your order will be processed immediately by Us during business hours.
Your order will usually be delivered within approx. 1-5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). All information relating to the delivery time shall be deemed to be the estimated delivery time or standard delivery time as long as stocks last. If items are not available (e.g. due to delivery bottlenecks), we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

2. Data Protection and Discretion
We appreciate your trust in PHARMOS NATUR and apply maximum care and security standards to protect your personal data from unauthorised access. Discretion is an important factor in our success.
Your order, personal data and payment details are protected by technical security systems and additional authorisation procedures, both for the transfer of data and for storage on our servers. We store and use your data solely for processing your order and any possible complaints. Your e-mail address will only be used for the exchange of information between you and our shop (notification of order, delivery or payment information).
We use the SSL system (Secure Socket Layer) with 128-bit encryption for the data transfer of your information to our server. This state-of-the-art system provides the best possible security for the transfer of data to the server. You can recognise an active encrypted connection by a lock or key icon in the status bar of your browser.

3. Returns
We allow you a 14-day right of return for your order. Please refer to the information on the right of return. Defective goods shall be exchanged according to the legal specifications. Upon receipt of the goods, we shall check the warranty or exchange claim and then inform you on the status of the claim.

4. Orders
Thanks to our optimised order processing, we are able to respond to your requests and changes at short notice. Our information system keeps you reliably informed via e-mail about any changes to the order status.
We work in accordance with the German Distance Selling Act, which offers you maximum security and convenience in relation to your orders. Returns received are immediately processed and handled according to the customer's wishes. This ensures that refunds or exchange deliveries are made within a very short time.

5. Payment
PHARMOS NATUR offers various payment options.
In the area of online payment methods, you can choose from among the following options:
Prepayment: Simply transfer the amount of the order to our account. This will be communicated to you by e-mail upon completion of the order. You can also make international transfers using IBAN and BIC.
Immediate transfer: This enables you to make a bank transfer directly online. We immediately receive the notification as to whether the payment was successful or not and can thus also process the order faster. At the end of the order process, the system opens another window in which you can then make the payment. You will be returned to the shop after the payment has been completed.
Cash on delivery: In the case of a cash on delivery payment, you pay the postman directly upon delivery of the package. Please note that additional charges apply to cash on delivery payments.
Credit card: When paying by credit card, we automatically deduct the amount to be paid from your credit card.
PayPal: When paying via PayPal, you can easily pay with the well-known online payment service.
 
6. Viewing Orders
As part of your order, you will receive information about changes in your order status at any time. This information will be sent by e-mail. Of course, you can also view the status of the current order and the orders you have already made in your online account if you have registered as a customer with a customer account. To view your orders, simply log in with your e-mail address and password. You will be automatically taken to your user account and can view the orders there.

7. Updating Customer Account
You can also change your customer information at any time in your user account. This includes your master data, your password, your wish list, your newsletter subscription and other information. Simply log in to your customer account with your e-mail address and password (Login menu item on the top right) and select the desired function from the navigation menu on the left.
