The basis must be right, and that is also true of our hair.
Growth, structure and appearance depend substantially on the condition of the scalp, which forms the fertile soil for the roots of your hair, and thus the genesis of new hair cells. But what does the scalp need for strong, healthy hair growth?
Natural care from the outside
Like the skin on the rest of the body, the scalp is also exposed to internal and external irritations, such as emotional stress, hormone changes, medication and aggressive ingredients in cosmetics, as well as cold, heat and UV radiation. All this can knock the scalp out of balance and trigger unpleasant reactions such as dryness, dandruff, itching, greasy roots or even hair loss.
As a result, gentle but reliable hair care becomes even more important. Our Regenerating Shampoo combines Aloe Vera with ingredients including sage and Chilean soap bark, which impart new energy to the hair and scalp. It cleanses gently while boosting the natural protective acid mantle and regulating sebum production. The pH-neutral formulation means that this lightly foaming shampoo is suitable even for highly sensitive and already damaged scalps. Our Moisturizing Spray with Aloe Vera and tulsi oil provides an additional moisture kick. It can be sprayed on the hair or directly onto the scalp, to refresh, soothe and boost the body’s own regenerative power. What’s more, tulsi, also known as holy basil, is renowned for its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
Plant potency from within
However, more than classic external care is needed to boost the wellbeing of your hair and skin sustainably and holistically. Strengthening it from the inside is at least as important.
The nutrients that we absorb from our food form the essential building blocks for our hair. They are transported through many tiny blood vessels to the hair roots, where they are needed for the ongoing production of new hair cells. Sesamkraft® supplies the body with zinc, iron, phosphorus, B-vitamins, calcium, magnesium and precious plant protein. When combined with plenty of light and high vibrations, this Lebensgesundmittel® imparts new energy to the hair.
The nutrients from your diet can also only be properly metabolised and deployed when your digestion works perfectly. If your intestinal flora – the interaction between various intestinal bacteria – falls out of balance, for example as the result of antibiotics, stress or poor nutrition, the whole body suffers. Probiotic foods like Yacon from the Peruvian Andes are all the more valuable. The people who live in the Andes are convinced that the sweet tuber also nourishes the intestinal bacteria and so contributes to normal digestion.
Our smallholders observe the phases of the moon when they harvest the “root of life” as the yacon is also called, for our Lebensgesundmittel® YaconVera®. It is then mindfully processed while still fresh, so that the sacred in the plants remains whole and can strengthen the entire body, from the toes to the tips of the hair.
