1 tsp nut purée
1 tbsp olive oil
Select any green salad you prefer. Mix a dressing of olive oil, lemon juice and nut purée with a little salt and pepper. Cut the avocado into small cubes, add some lemon juice and roll the avocado pieces into SESAMKRAFT. You can now sprinkle them over the salad together with sprouts and walnuts. Ready to savour! 2 frische Knoblauchzehen
30 g getrocknete Tomaten
10 g SESAMKRAFT
2 EL Tomatenmark
Kräuter, Knoblauch und getrocknete Tomaten klein hacken, die Frühlingszwiebel in feine Ringe schneiden und gemeinsam mit Butter und den anderen Zutaten vermischen oder im Mixer cremig rühren.
Ideal zum Grillen, zu gedünstetem Gemüse oder als Brotaufstrich.
4 tbsp chia seedsn
250 ml almond milk
1 tbsp raw cocoa
50 g raspberries
Mix chia seeds, almond milk and raw cocoa and leave to soak overnight in the fridge. The next day puree the raspberries with the dates. Alternate the finished Chia Pudding with one tablespoon of SESAMKRAFT and the raspberry mixture in 2 dessert glasses.

In der Zwischenzeit Marzipan mit SESAMKRAFT verkneten und die Masse dünn ausrollen, sodass 20 kleine Quadrate daraus geschnitten werden können. Währenddessen die weiße Kuvertüre im Wasserbad schmelzen. Die Nougatkugeln zuerst mit der Marzipanmasse umwickeln und dann in die Schokolade tauchen. Mit SESAMKRAFT verzieren und verschenken oder im Kühlschrank aufbewahren und selbst naschen.

Puree 1 ripe banana with 150ml almond milk and mix it with 50g chopped nuts, 100g buckwheat flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Then let the dough swell for a few minutes. Heat some coconut oil in a pan and put the dough in small portions in the pan. Cover each pancake with finely sliced apples and bake on both sides over medium heat.

Soak the oat flakes overnight in a glass of plant milk. Soak the almonds and sunflower seeds separately in water. Pour away the water used to soak the nuts the next day to remove the phytic acid. Mix the nuts in the oat porridge with the finely chopped fruits, some honey and cinnamon. Now pour some of our black SESAMKRAFT over your oats and your powerful breakfast is ready to eat!
