How to Detox

Dry Brushing Massage: Start with the Energizing Body Brush. Massage dry skin in circular motions from the feet upwards towards the heart. This stimulates circulation, promotes lymphatic flow, and makes the skin more receptive to subsequent care.

Detox Oil: Apply the Detoxing Body Oil to the slightly warmed skin. Massage it into problem areas such as thighs, abdomen, and upper arms. For a more intensive effect, you can apply a few drops to the main lymph nodes (neck, armpits, groin, and back of the knees).
